    The Four Truths

"Conscious Becoming" is based on four simple truths. It's interesting that everyone who's read the book so far, all giving rave previews, says that there is always one of the four truths that resonates most with them. Meaning, it speaks to their soul, calls forth deep reflection, reflects a challenge they trust to hold new gifts.
Everything in life happens the moment it becomes fully possible. Whatever story we tell ourselves about reality is only one possible story. Whatever we’re doing right now is only one possible thing to do. We don’t need a different reality to do what else is possible right now.
Which one stands out for you?

I didn't need a different reality to be open to other possibilities for my day today. It wasn't easy to shift but it was helpufl to realize this. Thanks

Today? Somewhere between the second and third choices, I think...

"The way in which we view something defines for us what we're going to allow ourselves to see of it. A point of view is merely one degree out of the three hundred and sixty degrees of a circle; each point of view can see from that point only, and so is three hundred and fifty nine degrees blind. When we become fixated on our point of view, our interpretations and expectations blind us." ~Anzan Hoshin, Before Thinking

That is so sweet, thanks Debi ... each point of view is 359 degrees blind ... deaf, tasteless, unfeeling, ignornant ...

    "Whatever we’re doing right now
is only one possible thing to do." is how I try and approach my existence. but all four are petals of the same flower.
