When we listen with heart, we listen unfiltered. When we listen with head, we listen trying to somehow rationalize things into our model of the world. Listening with heart, things often don't make sense and provoke our curiosity and inquiry.
We know we're listening with head when when we're trying to problem solve what we're hearing. We're listening with heart when we're simply present to the possibilities.
