Last weekend I had nothing to do for a minute except package up the ever-growing collection of articles at DesigningLife.com. Trying to simplify. They address topics like collaboration, innovation, leadership, organization building, community development, and economic development.
I dumped them on a new blog and realized that I've got half a new book worth of material accumulated, so decided that the continuing collection will in fact become a new book next year in 2012, giving me an unprecedented 3 new titles coming out next year.
The articles and eventual book are at The Conversations of Transformation, which is also the title of upcoming book. The project is important for me because of my conviction that the transformation of organizations, communities, and networks will be determined by the quality of our conversations personally, locally, regionally, nationally, and globally. All of my work over the past few decades has been about teaching people new conversations that make difference.
And it works every time.
And so the new tagline on my cards: Conversation is destiny.
